Onto Google we went and found Lockturner. Steve was great! He was very quick and efficient. He was very friendly when he arrived and was great with our son who had a million and one question! He got us back in our car in no time and off we went! Would definitely call him again if needed!"

I spoke with Steve and asked if he would be able to cover a job for me in Brighton as I wasn’t able to attend. He attended the job, got the customer in her home non destructively, and all in under 30 minutes of my call. What more could I ask for!! "Stayed at an air bnb in Burgess Hill. Thought my wife had the keys - she didn’t. Nice day out until we got back and realised neither of us had the keys. Host didn’t answer so called locksmith. Was with us in less than half an hour and got us in pretty quickly. Still don’t know where the keys are. Can’t thank Steve enough. Quick to us and quick to open the door and a decent sense of humour ( which helped with my wife ) He insisted on ID and our bnb booking confirmation of the address so I guess that’s a good thing. Hope never to have to call him again in the nicest possible way."
