We needed a new mechanism for the front door.I phoned Paul and he said he would be there in the evening.Turned up on time made the door safe for the night and took the mechanism away for repair or replacement.Promised to keep me informed which he did.Returned the following day at the time agreed.Replace the mechanism now working like a dream.Paul is an absolute gentleman very professional keeps you informed and very reasonably priced.Would definitely recommend for your first call if you have any lock problems.Thanks Paul

It was a pleasant experience working with this person. First my locks were too old, but he has managed to source something similar from his supplier and spend considerable amount of time to customized and fit it and spend some more time to show us how to operate it.
