Nick arrived promptly and immediately saw what the problem was. He got the lock working immediately and I cannot thank him enough. I have no hesitation recommending him. Thank you.
Absolutely first class service! Nick and Luke were superb from start to finish. They gave great advice and took such care over every detail of the job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Nick was quick to respond to my enquiry (on a Saturday morning) and said he could come out Sunday (it wasn’t too urgent for us as door was locked). He rang shortly after to see if we were in, as he was on a call out and said he could come after that. He arrived promptly and talked me through the problem every step of the way. He was able to get the door undone and lock changed quickly. Nick is a really nice, approachable person, wanting to do the right thing by people. You’re saved in my phone for any future problems!!! Thank you
