We have used Alan for a number of jobs over the years and he is always very professional and reliable.
My front door would not open/close and only part of the locking system would work. Alan was excellent, attended promptly, was very knowledgeable and clear on the pricing, had the right parts, demonstrated excellent skills and went what I would consider above and beyond to fix a larger problem with the door rather than just the potential quick fix to the lock. I will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend.
