Had a couple of beautiful new sash windows installed in the summer of 2024 by London Box Sash Windows Ltd. At the time, we were (and still are delighted with their work. When we needed a new made-to-measure balcony door in June 2025, for obvious reasons, London Box Sash Windows Ltd was our first port of call. We gathered a couple of quotes from specialised door installation companies, but found that the price difference was marginal compared with what London Box Sash Windows Ltd quoted us. So we went with ‘the devil we knew’ The experience from start to finish was as great as before. From the first visit by Jake to the post-installation follow-up call by Judith, everything worked extremely well again. The door looks and feels solid and is made to look like the original door (first installed in 1905), including double glazing in 3 different colours across the 9 glass segments. If you are after a cheap job, don’t use London Box Sash Windows Ltd – they are not cheap. But for your money, you get an outstanding product, expertly installed and with full warranty. Without hesitation, I will recommend London Box Sash Windows Ltd to friends and neighbours.

The installation team, Audi and Jasper, did a fantastic job, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the windows. There were a few hiccups with the planning drawings, which took a bit of back and forth, but overall, the service was solid and I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Four years ago, London Box Sash Windows Limited replaced three of the sash windows in my home. This month, I needed to replace a broken window and contacted the company again. The job was completed on the agreed schedule and within my expected budget. I was kept informed at every stage of the project, and the aftercare has been of a very high standard throughout. I have always recommended—and will continue to recommend—London Box Sash Windows Limited, as their workmanship and professionalism are consistently excellent.

I obtained prices from two firms, although a higher quote I accepted the LBSW offer because of neighbour's recommendation, a full and clear specification and confidence in the representative who clearly had practical knowledge of the work. A standby offer gave a possible earlier installation start date and a cost saving, it could have meant a short notice period but in the event we were given plenty of time. Preparation of the areas of work and solving of possible problems were agreed in a practical, helpful way and well in advance. A month's notice for start of the installation, an installation schedule, the names and contact numbers of the 3 installers and a provisional 3 day period for the work was given. All were carried out as stated. The installation of the 12 windows was amazing, carried out with speed, energy, care and good humour. What could have been a stressful project was carried out smoothly from start to finish with efficiency, sympathy and good communication throughout. The whole job was completed to the agreed schedule and budget.

I have used the this company seven years ago, the window which was installed is still in perfect condition, the same as the day it was put in, which has made me use them again for my bathroom window which badly needed replacing. The carpenter installing the window was very communicative about his needs in such a confined space and I was amazed to see he had specially designed table to go over the bidet and the bath, so there was no damage. He worked tirelessly all day to ensure the job was finished and it is perfect! He left the area clean, just as he found it.
