My gas hob work has been book days in advances and I called twice on the day to make sure enerthing is assigned. However no engineer showed up. And received a call after the appointment slot, they are saying sorry it was cancelled due to no engineer has gas qaualification. Oh my god! I cannot believe it happens with them. They are leaving me drying with rebooking me to the other gas engineer on the same day, and they are asking me to wait till next week 5 days later for another appointment and meanwhile we dont have hob to cook and we have children and old people at people. That is just bad.

Turned up on time! Great service and really friendly staff

Called to arrange a boiler service on our Worcester boiler and the office staff were extremely helpful. They arranged an appointment at 8am the following day. The engineers arrived on time and completed the service without any delay. I would highly recommend and will continue to use London and Surrey Gas Services for our annual services. Thank you for the excellent service from start to finish.

Service of back-boiler Very positive experience. Fast and friendly communication. It was easy to book an appointment when convenient for us. The gentleman who came to do the service was friendly and very competent. Would use again.

Hi, I am in the process of installing a new kitchen and new gas oven. The oven is currently against one wall but I need to relocate it to the opposite side of the kitchen. I will therefore need the gas pipe rerouted to the new location. Cheers Nick Very efficient and friendly gas man. Would use this company again.
