As a landlord of numerous properties i was looking to find a reliable and professional contractor to undertake all my electrical works including the eicr certificates. Unfortunately the inspection was carried out by a young lad who wasn't qualified to issue or decline the eicr certificate. It transpired that photographs were instead sent to his boss Lewis. After requesting a receipt it took over 17 attempts to finally have it issued. His demeanor was unprofessional and I would not recommend.
