I phoned Laurie from LRT in some despair on the Friday evening after New Year because the ring mains of all three floors of our house kept cutting out. He calmly explained how to narrow down the cause and double check the diagnosis over the phone. No charge. Utter professional! Would definitely now call on him first for any electrical work. Many would have taken advantage of our situation to rip us off, but not him.
