Got what i paid for. They were very polite

I needed some re-pointing in a gulley and for the tiles to be re-set. We had a bit of a false start as it began raining shortly after they arrived in the first attempt to carry out the work. There was a bit of a communication break after that but they did reattend on the day that I had decided that I was going have to remind them. I doubt that they are mind readers and assume it was coincidence. The work was carried out in good time and with the minimum of fuss. They also also fixed a small additional area where the pointing had crumbled away without additional charge. I would definitely recommend L S Roofing and would have no hesitation in asking them back for any further roofing work that may be required in the future. I did feel that they were on the more expensive side in terms of cost but I don't necessarily object if the work is done well as in this case.

The first quote was handled very well! The representative arrived on time, was very upfront about the work that needed doing (and what didn't need doing) then gave a quote. The online contacts were all very professional and quick to respond. On the day of starting work a few more issues were noticed on the roof which resulted in trh job taking 2 days not one but they gave a very good price to complete the work. I was away at the time of the work so they sent me photos and videos as they completed the job to keep me updated. Professional, fast and high quality work all round, 100% would recommend.

Luke responded quickly to my initial phone call and gave me a date for the job within days. They thoroughly checked the roof, found the fault and explained to me what needed to be done. They arrived on time and were courteous, very considerate and easy to talk to. They were thorough, hard working and cleaned up after themselves well, letting me know how it was progressing. I felt safe with them working on my house. Would thoroughly recommend them and would use again

Must really thank these guys for quick. Response to our emergency , tile missing and cracked tiles , they were , fast coming to our aid , gave very reasonable quote. , which we accepted but had to find. The finance , like anyone else times are hard , but we managed to get it together because you cannot really put a price on piece of mine , work was carried out , brilliant they even did some extra work because knowing I have disability , they really put our minds at rest cannot thank them enough , highly recommend them.

Although the repair wasn't urgent, I wanted it done before the winter. I called on the Tuesday and explained what I needed. They agreed to come round to the following day to do the work. They arrived on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and knowledgeable, explaining what they would do. Everything was left tidy.
