"The whole property was repointed as agreed at a competitive price. All the old mortar was ground out properly before being replaced with fresh mortar. Pipework and cables were removed to enable the pointing and replaced at the end of the job. The site was left clean at the end of each day to minimise disruption. Lewis and his 3 co-workers arrived and started work early each day (8am), working long days to ensure the work was completed. A little bit of tidy-up required after the 4 days due to a weather delayed start on day 1, but Lewis communicated this to me and made sure it was done"
