LTC Roofing & Building Service Ltd. Repaired our garage roof. They did an excellent job, removed all old material. Took all rubbish away. Would throughly recommend them.

It has been a pleasure to have LTC to repair the roof on our bungalow. From the outset they have detailed the repairs required and kept us updated as to costs. Everyone from the scaffolding to the roofing team were good humoured,polite and very tidy. I would happily recommend this company.

It is always hard with a roof job to ensure that the work is of a high standard. Lee and his team gave us confidence when they quoted for the work and also when it was carried out that they delivered good quality work. We were so pleased we have booked them again and they are due to start on the rest of the roof this week.

We had roof replacement and repair work plus some other remedial works to our property by LTC. Lee’s quote was clear and detailed. When the work began, we were impressed with LTC’s work ethos and attention to detail. They arrived everyday on time, worked Sundays and even on bank holidays to get the job finished. LTC’s tradesmen were always polite and friendly while on site. After every day they swept up and left the property looking tidy. They always kept us updated on progress throughout. We would highly recommend LTC.

We first met Eddie last year, he was working on a bungalow 3 doors away, we asked him to come down and have a chat, he was very polite, accurate in information given, and booked us for Feb 2025. On the 10th Feb 2025 he arrived, he informed us there might be other problems once tiles are taken off the roof, which transpired, he had plenty of photo's to prove the damage, which was much worse than we expected. We were shocked, at the condition of the roof. Next day he and two very nice young lads arrived, and started the work trained by Eddie, they worked very hard for two days, replacing every thing that needed to be. Eddie came in afterwards and checked up on the rubbish, and cleared it and took it away. We were delighted with the work done, it really looks good, and we know we have a safe roof. I think my 5 stars overall have said it all. There is nothing to add. I have not got any criticism only praise for the job done.

The works carried out were for my 88yr old Mother so was concerned that things might be challenging. From the initial phone call to arranging the survey, providing a cost and then arranging for the works to be carried out things were seamless. The person carrying out the works was on time. knew what he was doing and completed the works with out any fuss and with minimal disruption to my Mother. They cleaned up after them and then subsequently the office put a call through to make sure that everything was ok. Payment and the invoicing process was simple. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again if the need arises.
