Replaced partial roof over garage.
Initial contact was good and the work needed to secure our roof explained well. All workmen involved were respectful and curteous. The work proceeded at a good pace and any problems encountered promptly dealt with following constructive discussion with us. We were pleased with the standard of work and feel confident we have a secure roof over our heads.

I highly recommend LTC Builders repairs to my roof. They were prompt and efficient. A very professional company.
Second major project with LTC completed with the expected professionalism. It is difficult to find fault with any aspect of their work. Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely hard working, punctual, clean and tidy and cost effective. Would recommend without any reserve. Thanks to all, from Vanessa to Lee and Eddie.

The works carried out were for my 88yr old Mother so was concerned that things might be challenging. From the initial phone call to arranging the survey, providing a cost and then arranging for the works to be carried out things were seamless. The person carrying out the works was on time. knew what he was doing and completed the works with out any fuss and with minimal disruption to my Mother. They cleaned up after them and then subsequently the office put a call through to make sure that everything was ok. Payment and the invoicing process was simple. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again if the need arises.
I think my 5 stars overall have said it all. There is nothing to add. I have not got any criticism only praise for the job done.
