Polite , efficient and timely. The job was done super quick and I was sent photos to update me.

Niall replied quickly to my message and came and quoted the next day after a storm damaged my bargeboard. We agreed a price, which included various checks to make sure the rest of the roof was in good condition. The price seemed high, but I was happy to pay that as it was a fairly urgent repair and he was available. He then didn’t message for a week, and turned up unannounced the next week to do the work. On inspecting the work, I’m happy it’s to an OK standard. He tried to skip out the checks on the rest of the roof and rushed off to another job. He was friendly and polite throughout.

New roof installed quickly, an attempt made to clean up afterwards, and helpful before and during the work. However, the 'dry' ridge system lets water through every time it rains. The roof trusses are wet (and will end up rotting) and the wooden flooring is soaked (and will end up having to be replaced). I have been chasing lune roofing for a couple of months but there is no customer aftercare. They have confirmed the roof they installed is leaking but have made no attempt to fix it or tell me when it can be fixed. I am really disappointed with the quality of work and I would not recommend.
