Good contact from Dan regarding when the work would start and even though the weather was against them, the job was completed in the timescales stated.
Dan kept us up to speed with each phase of the project and was able to prioritise the job when it became obvious that, in order to keep the property secure, work would need to be carried out quickly. When there were unforeseen complications, Dan worked with us to keep things on schedule and any additional costs as low as possible. We'd definitely ask him and the company to work on any additional projects we may have.
