It felt easy to speak to him and he made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. The team installed our windows and door in one day and cleaned up afterwards . We appreciated that they took their shoes off when they were working on parts of the house that are carpeted. The best part, Dylan and the Jay (the Project Manager) came at the end of the installation process and checked if we had any issues. We liked that Dylan made himself available at all times."
