“A very quick response to my call and came the following day to look at what was needed for leaking gutters and repairs to the conservatory tiled roof. William gave some good advice on what was needed to solve the problems and started the job within a couple of days. His team were really good and completed the job really well and left the property clean and tidy. Additional work was needed to replace some of the lead flashing and William provided photographs of the problem with a full explanation. We are really impressed with the work completed and would recommend WH Home Improvements.”

Noticed some loose mortar on the ridge of my elderly mums house on the roof overlooking the garden. Concerned that the mortar or ridge tiles themselves could fall off I contacted WH Home Improvement via Check-Trade as an urgent call out. Within 1 minute I had a phone call from William and arranged for him to take a look the next day (a Sunday no less). Opted for Dry Ridge system as mum had numerous issues with ridge tiles coming loose over the years and reassuring that it comes with decent warranty. Looks very good and I’m relieved that hopefully the issue is sorted.
This was the third time I'd used the company for essential and urgent repairs. Massive weight off your mind because they respond quickly, are readily available; the service is very professional and the team are personable. The job is done well and I've never had any issues thereafter. This all builds trust and I will continue to use the company as a result. Thanks.

William and his team replaced a dry verge for us, removed rotted timber and also added new fasicas and soffits. This is the 4th time I have used WH Home Improvements and I would recommend their service to anyone who needs roofing work done. Good communication, always turn up when they say they will and the pricing is fair. No issues with any of the work done to date and I think the team take care over what they do. They also clean up afterwards, which is appreciated.

The small team of two tradesmen took on the task of cleaning and treating my rather large roof. They worked extremely hard for over 4 hours not even stopping for refreshments. They did an extremely excellent job for which I am very satisfied and pleased with. I would happily recommend WH Home Improvements!
We had identified a leak in our roof. After making contact they came out quickly and made an assessment of the problem. They proposed us a solution and when this work could be undertaken. They promptly action this and while we were so impressed with the work we then asked for the soffits, gutters and barge boards to be replaced. These were also done to a brilliant high standard. The work was done promptly, and the lads were very hard working. The communication was brilliant and they were super reliable!! Highly recommended!!!!
