The most impressive feature is the personal and really helpful service. There’s never any ‘hard sell’; more calm guidance on what might best suit our home ; helpful suggestions of alternatives yet never in a way that confused the desired outcome. Pleasingly there is no intrusive background muzak so the showroom atmosphere properly allowed us to concentrate on our choices. The final result in our home is really pleasing! Thank you LBT”
“Excellent service from the initial visit to the showroom, right through the whole process. Very friendly and polite, as well as being very clean and tidy workers. They couldn't have been more helpful and I will pass on their details to anyone that needs a good tiler. My only regret is that I didn't use them for my bathroom!”
