We had Dave fix some issues that a previous builder had left us with and he was absolutely brilliant, did everything with a smile, very polite and punctual. Did a great job to fix the shower tray and reposition a leaking toilet which had not been installed correctly previously. Would highly recommend.

We appointed MD Builders to commence a substantial building project in September 2024, which has just completed. The work involved a large L shaped rear extension, which provides full kitchen/ diner area, utility room and games room, finished with a fully slabbed wrap around patio. Additional works were agreed to include a fully upgraded water/ heating system and pipework including underfloor heating, full kitchen and utility installation and reworked drainage system. The work was carried out to a thoroughly profesdional and exemplary standard. We were kept informed with bi- weekly site meetings, outlining the plans for that week. We were fully consulted on any changes to initial choices with suitable recommendations that exceeded our expectations. Everyone on the team worked seamlessly, and complemented each others input on site. I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending them for any house renovation/ building project others may consider. 5 star company and service
