After an initial phone call, everything else was easily arranged via email, which made things easy with our own work commitments. As the work was done on another property, we weren't present during the work. However, the feedback received via the current owners was very good, emphasising the professionalism, and the estate agent has subsequently said they will be passing contact details on to more of their clients. Will use again."
