Mark came initially to see the garden and discuss the work before providing the quote. M & J conducted the work in a professional and efficient manner within a couple of hours. They left the garden cleaner than it was before they arrived and with much more light.”
“Very easy & responsive to deal with: phoned to arrange a visit to quote and came the next day on the time agreed-not a window of X hours but exactly the time agreed. Quote came the same day in the evening and by 9am the following day had an agreed date to carry out the work. Came at the time on the agreed date, very efficient and professional in carrying out the work and all very tidy. Gave some good general tree advice as well. This is a family operation, and really cared, very rare in my experience. Very pleased.”
