“This was a first class job from start to finish. Maurice's work was meticulous. He was extremely knowledgeable and we had total faith in his judgement. He was punctual, reliable, highly organised and a very likeable person to have around. The task was far from straightforward, A parquet floor needed to be extended into a space left when a wall was replaced by floor length windows and patio doors. The end result is seamless, the floor perfect and looking beautiful. We cannot recommend Maurice highly enough.”

We would highly recommend Maurice from MKB Flooring . Maurice replaced our carpet with wood floor and sanded and polished existing floors. He is professional at all times and his attention to detail is reflected through out his work. We are extremely pleased with the new floor.
Maurice sanded and waxed the hardwood floors in my flat, which had been very damaged and scratched by building work. Couldn't be happier with how they look now. Maurice was responsive, provided a clear and competitive quote, excellent advise, and was happy to spend the time answering all my questions. He was punctual (even early!), worked efficiently and left the flat tidy. And overall just a lovely man!
Maurice is a very nice and helpful builder. He is very patient to provide the samples and explain every options and details to me, so that I could choose the correct one and ensure the finish is what I want. The quality of the work is very good. I will definitely suggest him to others.

Lovely job, faultless, just what we were hoping for. Floor looks better than new now. Maurice arrived as promised, always punctual, and completed work on schedule and as per quote. Always friendly and helpful. Kept things tidy too. Highly recommended
I would thoroughly recommend Maurice. Not only was his quote the best of the three I received, but the quality of his work was excellent. He sanded my floor several times with finer and finer grades until it was incredibly smooth. He made several small repairs to the floor and recommended the best sealant for my type of wood. He arrived exactly when he said he would each day. In addition, as I was unable to move the heavy furniture myself, he and one of his team moved it for me and put it back afterwards. He made the whole process easy and low hassle.

Maurice provided us with a professional punctual and tidy service on our laminate removal and disposal request. the work was completed without fuss and careful consideration of the neighbours due to an early start. Maurice recommendation Maurice recently completed laying laminate flooring across my 2 bedroom apartment, and I am delighted with the result. He has a strong work ethic and clearly takes pride in his work. Maurice was thorough at every stage of the process, from initial call out and quoting to preparing the floor and laying it down. He does not cut corners and has a great attention to detail. I am disabled and wheelchair bound. Maurice was very thoughtful and flexible in how he carried out the work to ensure that I have access to the essentials in my flat. He consulted and involved me at very stage of the process to ensure that things are progressing as we both would wish. Maurice showed respect for my home and always ‘cleared up’ as much as is possible as he went along. I would be happy to hire him again and recommend him to my family and friends.
