At first he did a temporary repair to stop the leak and he returned a week or so later to replace the whole length of pipe (15 metres) and reinstated the block paving on the drive, leaving it neat and tidy. Good and clear communication from initial contact to final completion of the work. Professional, polite, no-nonsense, which helped to make the whole process straightforward and as stress free as possible. I'm a very satisfied customer.”
