Started the job on time. Workers were at the begining punctual and worked at a reasonable pace to complete footings. Walls were put up to ceiling level and brickwork looked tidy. We were told steels and timbers for roof were on order for following week these never arrived. Builder was emailed WhatsApp messaged and phoned numerous times to discuss the build. No reply has been received to date 6 weeks on. Building inspector has been requested so another builder could carry on the work his report said steels, insulation not correct and brickwork has to be demolished to effect repair.
