Mark was, in a word, excellent. Every stage in the process was smooth, clear, and well managed. His communication was excellent from the start, providing clear itemised cost estimates on email which he updated and adapted every step of the way so there were no surprise costs. He was courteous and happy to help with questions we had and went above and beyond at some times arriving early to take delivery of items when we couldn't be there.
