Mac Building & Kitchen Service

Had the log burner we inherited from the last owner of the house removed together with the cast iron flue. Mac made everything good, installed a new electrical point and supplied the new electric fire. Mark came and decorated the room. A few days later they also came to replace a radiator in the cloakroom, fit a new stop tap for the water, and replace an old mixer tap in the kitchen. Good work and pleasant people to have in your house.

Mac & his team did an absolutely superb job on our large extension. We had a 6m double storey back extension adding living room & 2 bedrooms. We also had a single storey side extension with utility & downstairs w/c. Upstairs Mac converted a bedroom into a family bathroom and fitted a new roof to the entire house. Outdoor area was finished with a tarmac driveway & slabbed patio and steps. Cannot recommend Mac highly enough, all the work was completed to an excellent standard and nothing was too much to ask. From demolishing our existing conservatory and digging the foundations to finishing the driveway Mac guided us through the whole build process brilliantly. The end result is absolutely perfect and better than we ever imagined. It was a pleasure to have Mac and his team working on the house, they are very friendly, reliable & highly skilled. Wouldn’t use anyone else! This window is our favourite part & Mac finished it beautifully with a custom oak plank over the bi-fold doors.

Mac and his team have done a great job for us, completing major renovations on our house. The work has included a new kitchen and bathroom, updating the living room with work on the chimney breast and fireplace, fitting a new front door and also work in the garden, laying a new lawn. Mac is willing to be flexible and worked with us on our requirements - nothing was too much trouble. His quality of work is superb and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others, in fact we already have done.

Mac, Carl, Mark and Colin have just completed a new kitchen and dining room renovation for us. We can not praise them highly enough. The standard of work was exceptional throughout the whole process. They went over and above all requirements. They were friendly, punctual and worked in a very clean manner. We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone for anything, in fact we will be using them again in the near future. We are extremely pleased with the re-rendering work carried out by Mac and his team. All work was carried out to a high standard with the waste render removed and tidied up each day. Mac and his team were very punctual and easy to communicate our needs too. Without hesitation we will use Mac again and highly recommend his company and high quality of work.

Great work by Mac and his team, removing a structural wall, fitting new lights & bifold doors and relocating radiators. Nothing was too much trouble, additional work accommodated & house left tidy every night and room cleaned through. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

We are ‘over the moon’ with our sun tunnel! Can’t believe how much natural light is now brought into the hall. Excellent job by Mac & Co. Originally booked to do remedial work on our roof-we asked about a sun light installation (thinking of it for sometime in the future). Not only was this work taken on at short notice but item sourced by Mac too. Cannot recommend this company highly enough…we used them eight years ago to convert our garage to a second bathroom & were so pleased with that too. 🥇

Arrived on time to assess the job & sorted out the problem there and then. All done to a high standard & for excellent value. I would definitely recommend Mac & his team.
