MAF Plumbing Heating and Gas Services Limited did a fantastic job installing my new Baxi 800 boiler and radiators. The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. I contacted the plumber for a radiator leak on the weekend and paid the weekend emergency rate (£150+VAT per hour) He stated the repair was complete and charged me £184.50 Shortly afterwards,the same leak reappeared. I reported this immediately.He returned,“tightened”the area again,and the leak continued.He then claimed it required a new pipe and attempted to charge a further £80+VAT,despite this being the same unresolved fault.When I questioned this,he stated I was “not entitled to a refund” became increasingly hostile, and made the following remark:“Do you have a lot of learning disabilities
