“Matt and his team were really honest about what work was needed and took the time to explain the problem and the steps required to repair it. Although our repair needed some exploratory work to find the root cause before repair, as well as some awkward scaffolding due to the layout of our property, the final bill was pretty much spot on what was estimated, honestly priced and we're really happy with the job done. Job completed within 5 weeks from initial enquiry, which was really good noting the time of year and really appreciated Matt fitting us in.”
