Their craftsmanship is truly an art, and the attention to detail exceeded all expectations. What stood out most was their integrity; payment wasn't even discussed until I was 100% satisfied. Huge thanks to everyone, but especially to Zoe in admin—she is incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. For professionalism, value, and ethics, they are unbeatable. Even 10/10 feels stingy! I’ll definitely be using them again for future work. Highly recommended.”

There was an issue with a leaking toilet post-work (due to age, not due to the work), and they sorted that too to complete the job.
