This has been an appalling experience. Guy turned up on 7th December. He was supposed to repair hole in the kitchen ceiling and take out middle section and replace. Skim over the existing artex in that room. All the artex has come through the paint which had 3 coats in one go. The archway is full of lumps and bumps and so is the ceiling. He has been paid and was coming back after Christmas to finish off. Unfortunately when I saw his work in daylight I explained to him all the problems. He is now ignoring my texts despite reading them and taken £600 pound off me. No prep work was done. Avoid
