The company made me pay an extra £20 and said they will come back out to complete the job of changing the ball in our toilet. They did not keep to their word and took my money and did not complete the job.

Colin and Billy had a major task on when they took on this job, it involved an extensive investigation into track and trace to find the cause of the leak. They spent a whole week working on it and established where the leak was and fixed it. Extremely professional approach from these two guys who really know what they are doing. Would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Quick and thorough. It was a particularly difficult leak to trace but the team were tenacious in finding the leak and preparing the site for the next stage of repair.
