“Tom installed a new combi boiler and ripped out my old tank. From the start he was courteous and communicated well. His workmanship was great and tidied up well after each day. There was a problem with the gas supply (nothing to do with Tom) but he got in touch with cadent for us and then checked up on us to make sure everything had been resolved before completing his final check. 10/10 would recommend and use again.”

1st review was A++ because on the day the job seemed fine. We couldn't fully test the heating as we were in the middle of a heatwave. Once we did switch the heating on the pipes clang away still after 4 months.. The shower was also supposed to be like for like, unfortunately this is not the case and the pressure is low... now why the change of review well its because of the aftercare .. I have emailed, sent text, and called many times only to be cut off or when following the link on checkatrade told it isnt the right number..The only way left to hear from Nathan by contacting checkatrade
