Helped me and my wife understand the job from start to finish. Done everything they said they would in a timely, orderly and cleanly fashion. Will be using them again in the future for sure, highly recommended.
Ciaran was prompt, professional and polite. I’ll use him again.
Communication throughout the process was slow. I constantly had to chase for updates and the job took far longer than expected. After receiving the invoice I paid immediately, only then was I told the inspection had failed which felt misleading. One of the listed reasons for failure was incorrect and was only removed from the invoice after I queried it. A return visit was arranged then missed, and even after the second visit and payment I still had to chase for the certificate. Overall the experience was difficult and much more stressful than it needed to be.

Communication – During the period in which your works were being carried out, my family welcomed a new baby, and the circumstances were more challenging than anticipated. I informed you of this, and you expressed understanding at the time. Payments – Our standard procedure is to request payment once the EICR has been completed, with the corresponding documentation released thereafter. This approach is common within our industry, as some homeowners become hesitant to proceed with payment upon receiving a failed EICR. Return Visit – As previously explained, when our engineers attended your property at the agreed time, there was no response at the door. Unfortunately, they did not have your contact details available, and I was in the hospital at the time and therefore unable to contact you personally. Later that day, I reached out to discuss the matter with you directl

Couldn't recommend Mango enough. They do loads of work for me, as a property manager having someone reliable and efficient is crucial. 10/10.
Ciaran and his team deserve nothing less than a 5 Star review. Our issue was quite a complex one and there was complete loss of power in the house. We’ve had 4 other electricians come in and no lasting solution was found. Ciaran was able to highlight exactly where the problem was and offered a cost effective solution. Everything was explained in layman’s terms, so no confusion. His team were punctual, efficient, professional and super tidy. We couldn’t be more happy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing electrical works done! Thanks again guys.
