Highlights

"I contacted Jason. Explained upper storey location. Arrived on time, work took 30 minutes max. We'd agreed £10.00 cash. Following day (sunny) I noticed lower 1/4 not cleaned. Managed to rub dust with my finger. Phoned to explain and ask fro soft cloth as broom used had been at an angle. Not rectified when given chances - repeated phone calls, messages left on mobile. Last message I left, I've had no response. I have made reasonable efforts."
