We had arranged to have the work carried out starting today 28/05/24 but they did`nt turn up. We waited and waited and I drove to their works, no one there. I had an email late morning (from a financial company)saying that they had gone into voluntary liquidation on 30th April ! Whilst I feel sorry for the employees I just wished that they had let us know this. We spent most of yesterday afternoon preparing for the work to be done. We thought that Manning and Woods were a sound company, obviously not. The en-suite will have to stay as it is.
Everything went very well and the completed work seems to be entirely satisfactory. The only issue was the time that elapsed between first requesting the work and it actually being carried out.
