With 4 decades experience in Architecture, Mapridge Design Studio’s owner James Carr has been involved in the design and construction of a wide range of building types, from inception to completion and this has allowed him to be keenly aware of how and where value can be added. These developments varied from individual buildings to regeneration masterplans, both commercial and residential. On the residential side of things James specialises in in custom built one-off houses and Mapridge Design’s success is built on the idea that a building needs to be honest, the Team want to be able to drive past a house they helped a client build 5-10 years on and still be incredibly proud of the work.
