"Mark gave a fair but competitive price, understood everything we were asking for. When the work started, they discovered issues beneath the floor, but were able to advise on best approach and handle all the repairs: building supporting walls, put in damp proof, new joists. My only comment would be, their timings are optimistic, thinking they can tackle tasks quicker than it transpires is possible. A contingency margin would assist. This is a tiny comment, well outweighed by their customer service, attention to detail, care & knowledge of floor. The results are stunning. Highly recommend."
