I had wardrobes fitted by Martin West Creations in November 2024, and nearly eight months later, I’m still chasing them to resolve major defects. Despite countless emails and assurances, the issues remain unresolved. Problems included: Vinyl scraping off corners of doors Handle-less doors too shallow to grip properly Scratches on door interiors Gaps in panels and unsealed frames Installation done improperly on thick carpet underlay Missing access hatches for sockets If you’re looking for high-quality workmanship and reliable service, look elsewhere. This company has wasted months of my time.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication first class from the beginning. The designer was very knowledgeable with the products and spent a considerable amount of time measuring up and helping me chose the colours with the samples and guiding me with everything I asked of him. The quotation arrived within a week which compared to other quotes I had but what swung it for me was how professional and helpful Inda was. A second visit was arranged to finalise exactly what I wanted. A date was set to commence work. The standard was first class and the teams also very professional

I first saw details for Martin West on Instagram and liked what i saw. I included them in my selection for 3 quotes. Inda was by far the best in speed and confidence in getting back to me with everything i needed. Questions were answered promptly and the date for fitting was booked. The fitters arrived promptly (Sonu & a helper) and the wardrobes in 2 rooms end-to-end & floor-to-ceiling in both rooms were finished in 1 day to a very high standard ! Amazing job guys - Thank you. I would recommend Martin West all day long - they are all great !!
