He asked me more about the problem, so I took more photos and we had a chat on the phone. Offered free consultation visit, when I asked he immediately quoted his rates, £120 for first hour, £60 for second, great transparency! Arrived on time, friendly professional & respectful, examined and explained the problem to us laypeople. Offered to get to work right away, ended up paying £150 for 1 hour and materials. Long-term fix sorted now, ought to hold! Highly recommend 👍"

Charlie was great! Blocked kitchen sink been a problem before and previous emergency plumber said it was shoddy pipework.
