I went with Nick and Dom based upon the very good reviews I had read regarding their work. They were slightly more expensive than the other two quotes I had but their presentation was so much more professional. I wanted all my windows replaced as well as a new front door and kitchen door. I was very impressed by the detailed plans they drew up (much better than the other two quotes) they were detailed and comprehensive. The work was done to a very high standard which I am very pleased with. The communication I had with them. Was first rate. They answered my questions swiftly and explained things clearly . They were clear when they could start and kept me informed. I had a couple of slight snagging issues which was expected. I contacted Nick who replied straight away arranging a convenient time to sort them out. I never had to wait before he got back to me which I appreciated. Nick and Dom are very polite and approachable. Their standard of work is excellent . Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the excellent service received from Nick and Dom from start to finish. Tidy, professional, flexible, excellent communications. I was fussy with my choice of window fabricator/supplier and Nick was happy to investigate my ask and subsequently agreed. I would definitely recommend Massey Windows and Doors and plan to use again myself in respect to a house extension.
Really pleased with Massey Windows and Doors from initial contact through to completion. New Roof line installed with the removal of the existing old guttering, and removal of the old wooden Soffits and Facias and all replaced with UPVC. The installation team were very friendly, professional and worked hard to get the job done. Very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and they tidied up after themselves very well. I would recommend.
We found both Dominic and Nick friendly, professional and easy to communicate and work with. The windows look great and are a super sset to our home. The work was completed to a high standard with minimum disruption. They cleaned up and left no mess. We will definitely use the again and can highly recommend.

Dom and Nick were great to work with from the initial enquiry right through to installing the windows on the day. They were very accommodating and helpful.
Massey Windows run by Nick and Dom did a great job relaxing the majority of our Windows this summer. They were fairly priced, excellent quality installation/windows and easy to work with. Polite, reliable and always left our house tidy each day. Very pleased.

We love these guys. Good quality product, fair price, good workmanship, polite, prepared to be flexible, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Cleaned properly after finishing the job. I would highly recommend. Refreshing doing business with them after some unpleasant and difficult interactions with other companies. They have done a beautiful job of replacing our doors and windows. Our house has a new lease of life.

Just had Nick replace some faulty units as well as his Roofline team replace both gable ends and soffits. All the work was carried out to an excellent standard even doing additional work to ensure the best possible finish. Everyone was polite, did a very professional tidy job and at a very good price. Would definitely recommend.
Would highly recommend Massey Windows. We were very pleased with the new windows and kitchen door that they recently installed for us, so much so that we have decided to get them back to replace another door for us as well. The guys were friendly and completed the work quickly and efficiently . When finished everything was left very tidy. We found their pricing reasonable too
Just had new windows and front door fitted by Massey Windows. I can't recommend them highly enough. The quality of work is outstanding, they leave no mess and are very knowledgeable. They are competitively priced and were very quick in getting the windows/door installed. This is the second time we have used them and will definitely use them again in the future. Superb.

I was very impressed with Massey Windows, they provided and fitted a new front door and side panel, and replacement French doors. They look fantastic and it was a very good price. Very friendly guys and it was all done in a few hours with no mess. I would use them again and fully recommend them.
