I was told when I booked the job that the tradesman would phone me when they were on their way. Instead after waiting for most of the day he rang my intercom and then appeared at my front door. He barley spoke any English so it was extremely difficult to communicate with him. He wasn’t prepared and had no knowledge of the jobs I wanted him to do. He went out for a lightbulb, bought the wrong type and so had to go out again. He worked extremely slowly for a total of 45 mins and then left without cleaning up the mess he had created. I was told it was £72 ph and was then overcharged £128. Unhappy
