I only dealt with Maria but she took all my concerns on board and was wonderfully understanding. They were unable to gain access on their first visit but accepted this in view of the 'difficulties' . I'm told that the installers' interaction with the person in residence was very good. Many thanks to Maria and the team."
"Our boiler died on Monday and despite their best efforts Matt’s team could not breathe life into it. They have looked after us for many years and rose to the occasion once again. A replacement new boiler was found and installed and working by teatime on Thursday. We would like to pay special thanks to Sam, Tyler and Connor who were simply the best. They were very considerate, tidy workers and we would definitely be happy to recommend them. Thank-you so much for making a difficult situation as easy for us as possible."
"I rang for help at 9.00am. Maria promised to try and arrange for a plumber and would ring back. She rang back at 1.30pm, and we had two men at our house 20 minutes later. In the next 2 hours they repaired the broken parts, fitted a new pressure release valve, fitted a replacement radiator valve, and completed the annual service of the boiler and heating system. They explained everything clearly and cleaned up carefully. Both were polite, efficient, even declining our offer of refreshments. Outstanding service as part of a maintenance contract."
