Matt has recently installed a new Worcester Boiler and refitted our en-suite bathroom. The quality of his work is outstanding, He so neat and tidy when working. The team of Matt, Karl (the plaster/tiler) and Richard (Electrican) delivered everything when they said they would. Would recommend.
Matt was very professional and trustworthy from the first minute we met him. He has done an excellent job and was on the phone for us when we had a little questions about getting use to the new system after his job.
From the moment he returned my call, I found Matt to be polite, knowledgeable & professional. He talked me through the various options & guided me through the process of choosing a new boiler for a rental property. Never pushy but always kind, considerate… not to mention extremely patient with me! He was also mindful of keeping budgets down for me. We ended up agreeing on a new Vaillant boiler which Matt installed last week. He is a clean, tidy, courteous worker that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable, reasonably-priced plumber / gas safe engineer 😊
