Ryan was fantastic to have work on our house. He stayed in contact and kept us updated with what needed doing and the timeframe in which it will be done. Incredibly thorough and cleaned up at the end of every day. Would definitely recommend!

Seemed like a genuine tradesman, but cracked one of my boiler pipes during a service and left me with a leaking boiler and a baby at home. Trader became difficult in resolving the issue and failed to take liability for the damage done. Wanted to charge me an £80 call out fee for damage caused by his careless work when the part to replace costs about £1.50. Avoid this trader and potentially having to spend more money to fix an issue that was not pre existing.

Very happy with the service provided by Matthews Heating Services. We were explained to about everything that needed doing and anything that might be worth keeping an eye on in the future, as well as given costs and expectations upfront. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Just for reference, we had a repair and service of the boiler.
