“Excellent service from start to finish. Had a leak in our kitchen ceiling over a weekend and panicked, as it’s our first owned property. Ben was a great help, took my details (on a Saturday night no less) and booked us in within the same week. Work itself was carried out promptly and explained in detail throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.”

MBC provided a competitive quote and carried out the work as quoted. They stuck to price given despite a couple of unexpected jobs to get the work completed. The work seems of a good quality but I have no experience of this type work so trusted they worked to a good standard. I appreciated that we communicated via email so we could track the request but I occasionally felt that I was chasing for a response and struggled to get a confirmed date until only a few days before the job. On the whole, I am happy with MBC and the result, will likely use again.

Have used this company for most of my renovations since moving here in 2021 starting with a complete re roof They have always carried out the work to a high standard and kept me informed throughout. The latest work was to re roof the garage and fit 2 bi folding doors to the property and as usual this was carried out with minimum disruption and to the time scale as promised. They are polite, hard working and I have no concerns leaving them to work while I am not at the premises
Ben and his team made some repairs to my mums 150 year old cottage. They were efficient, polite, and completely trustworthy. I had no hesitation in calling them back in when having moved into my new house, my roof sprang numerous leaks. Ben is open and honest, but extremely reassuring, and we discussed short and long term options for my poorly roof. The first stage is now complete, and we are dry inside, and he and the boys will return in the summer to complete the next phase. He will be doing some work at my daughter's house in Cromer next week, having popped round really quickly when asked to give her a quote. The boys (men) are lovely. Ask for nothing, are extremely polite and tidy, and appreciate a regular brew. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team.

After noticing my elderly mum had water stains inside her property I called Ben who has done work for me before. He came out promptly and found the chimney was letting water in. The base of the chimney has now been releaded along with other necessary repairs and is watertight. It's really comforting for me and my mum to have someone like Ben who is honest, reliable and does a great job.

We had a number of different roofing jobs that we needed doing including finding and fixing a leak as well as repointing a chimney and replacing flashing. In addition at the same time we needed some drainage work carried out. From my very first contact with Ben, he was very friendly clearly knew his stuff and nothing was too much trouble. He provided me with an itemised quote and was very happy for me to ask him to just do one or all of the jobs, there was no hard sell. The work Ben and his team did looks top quality and I will definitely be using MBC for any future building or roofing work

I had water entering into a living room via a leaking parapet wall. Ben and the team advised taking down the wall and relaying lead and concrete blocks. This they did professionally, clean and polite. So far no leaks . Recommend

Decided to give Ben a call after looking at several companies as he had good reviews. He came over promptly and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly after inspecting the roof area. The quote we received was reasonable and we asked him to carry out the work. Ben and the team worked hard and completed the repairs in a very timely fashion. They left the property clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to use this company again.
