“It was a breath of fresh air to find a professional and reliable roofer from trusted trader in Micheal. I chose him because his customer reviews and ratings were good and recent. communicaton with micheal was done by wats app for the quotation. He asked if i could provide pictures and a description Communication was excellent. He would always reply by the end of each day. The price that he gave was for the fitment of a roof window. A very good price compared to other prices that i had from checkatrade. We booked in with him 3 weeks advance. 4 days before he messaged to confirm if the work was to still be carried out. On the day he advised that he would start at 830. He arrived early. He made sure that the correct flashing kit had been supplied before he started. The job was compelted in a good time to a good standard. We were also impressed with how tidily the job was done as we expected much more of a clean up. Great guy, great work, great price, great communication.”

Gave reasonable cost estimate of work and started following week. One day as weather was rainy could not complete the work but came back another day to complete work with his team. Work on completion was clean as well and gave guarantee for 10 years.”
