We contacted MC&R to repair a leaking chimney. The first repair did not hold following the next heavy rain. After many calls, MC&R eventually returned, however the repair once again did not last the next heavy rains. MC&R eventually returned and attempted another repair, informing us this was a temporary fix to see if it addressed the issue, and that if it did not hold, another solution would be attempted. It held during light summer rains, however, as soon as heavy rains returned so too did the the leak. MC&R did not respond to further calls or voicemail, leaving the leak unrepaired.

Harley arrived quickly to look at the leak that we had and then came out to do the work when he said he would. Polite, friendly and communication was really prompt throughout. Work looks really good.

The quote provided was very competitive and included some additional work that would help us reduce condensation in the loft. The work was carried out very swiftly. Everyone was polite and respectful of the property. Unfortunately the first attempt to seal the chimney flashing didn't work, but we contacted the company and they were very understanding. They came out as soon as possible and have since then fixed the issue.
