The quote was detailed, their response to queries dealt with promptly, and throughout the work we were kept fully informed of progress. They repaired where necessary and upgraded the roof where appropriate. All work was conducted under Building Control supervision and approval. McConnell's are reliable, did a professional job and I can highly recommend them.”
