Nice enough guy, sent his apprentice who rushed and glued the toilet to the wall instead of fixing it, it leaked and he had to come back and sort it. He fitted the new shower badly using some of the old shower parts which he changed when he returned to sort the toilet. Martyn himself fitted the shower rail he charged £150 for (parts and labour) it is cheap and flimsy and bowing in the middle. I later found it on Amazon priced at £39.99. He massively overcharged us for labour and couldn’t provide a proper breakdown of parts and labour throughout.

Ranging from domestic new builds refurbishments combi swaps and system changes bathroom installs and general repairs, drainage! Including commercial fit out works pipe fitting and plant rooms!
