There was no pressure at all to accept him to do the work. On the day of work, Mark was punctual, very professional and despite being offered tea, or a break he worked right through a very cold day outside. He was considerate to our home having doors closed to retain heat, he was very tidy, no damage to our home, and the end result of his work couldn’t have been any better.
