Very friendly, good work and fast
We had a leak coming from our boiler over the weekend, Michael was able to come first thing on the Monday morning. He immediately spotted the issue, fixed it and did a full service as well. Very fast service and reasonable price.

MDS Services Plumbing and Heating
Mike’s third job for me, which I think says something. The latest work was to rerun copper pipework so that the existing shower pump would also supply a second shower, bath, two hand basins, and kitchen sink, as well as replacing two gate valves. This was required due to low water pressure across the house. He explained things in a simple way, provided a clear estimate detailing the work. The result is as explained. The copper pipework is of exceptional quality, neatly shaped and soldered, to suit the layout of the airing cupboard, and allow access for any future work/repairs that may be required. In summary, a first class job, carried out efficiently and tidily. A pleasure to have him in the house. I have already spoken with him about a further piece of work that I would like completed in the coming months. I have no doubts in recommending Mike and his workmanship.

Combi ~Boiler
The work was completed within the time frame stated by Mr Smith, and to quote. Everything was thoroughly explained to us on how it works (boiler and HIVE) Mr Smith was very thorough in leaving the site every day clean and ready for use (it was a bathroom). Mr Smith was always polite, treated our home and ourselves with respect. We would recommend Mr Smith for any plumbing or heating works you need carried out.

Excellent work
Michael fitted me in a few days after calling to fit new kitchen and bathroom taps. He quoted a price on arrival (I hadn't asked on the phone), a very acceptable price, did the job cleanly and efficiently, keeping me informed of progress and answering my questions and did a couple of other minor plumbing jobs whilst he was there. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael, in fact I've already passed on his details, and will definitely use him for any further plumbing jobs.

Experienced and excellent customer service
Mike provides a very personal service. He picked up my message out of hours and fitted in my service at his soonest opportunity. This let me get my boiler checked in a time that suited me. He has a very good level of knowledge, he knows what is really important with a service and how to get the best out of our Worcester Bosch boiler. He cleaned out the filter and topped up our inhibitor, to make sure our central heating system continues to work well. I'm very happy with Mike's work, and as long I stay in this area, I'll always call Mike for any central heating concerns.

Great service

Excellent service
I can confidently recommend this company. Michael carried out the first yearly service on my boiler. He arrived punctually, worked with quiet efficiency and left everything tidy. He was pleasant and polite, and explained clearly a small extra procedure. His pricing was clear and very reasonable.
