An inspection was carried out to the front of my property and recommendations were made to some further works to be done at a later date.

2-month advance quote. Totally unprofessional service provided by Andrew. Firstly, the job was severely delayed by over 5 weeks. There was no communication unless I asked and delays due to poor planning is the customer's fault? I also was asked to pay extra for the remaining quoted slates to get the job done quicker but lets just say I was naive to agree and pay as the job rate was atrocious. My attic is totally destroyed with dust and rubble which was not cleared out after the job. Neither did Andrew tell us to expect this amount of debris as we would have cleared out the attic beforehand.
